If you Google “Linda Allen”, you get a host of websites and social media profiles, none of which belong to the author of this book. You can Google “Linda Allen bio” and “Who is Linda Allen?”, and still you find nothing in the way of information on the author of the book. It took me some serious digging to find an affiliate marketing website  with even a shred of information on this person named Linda Allen. According to the site:
- Linda Allen suffered from Candida for 12 years
- She researched this program and came up with it thanks to her thousands of hours of nutritional expertise
- She is a certified nutritionist, an independent medical researcher (what does this even mean?), and a natural health consultant
Aside from this information, there is nothing to bring the “Linda Allen” persona to life. There’s no picture or website for Linda Allen provided, so it leads me to believe that the person is simply a ghostwriter.

All of these statements are designed to get you hooked on the program, but there are no resources that will provide you proof that the program does what it says it does. An auspicious start, indeed.

In this section, the book looks at the effectiveness of conventional medicine in treating the problem, as opposed to holistic medicine. Essentially, it bashes conventional medicine—drugs, topical treatments, doctors, nutritionists, etc.—in order to highlight the benefits of the Yeast Infection No More system.
Yes, holistic medicine is effective at treating the issue, but it’s not the only way to approach the problem. There are benefits to using medications, as well as downsides. The book spends a bit too much time focusing on how these drugs are bad, as that seems to be its preferred method for advocating its own system.
Diagnosis of Candida
This section lists off all of the factors that increase a person’s risk of developing candida. These include:

It goes on to explain how the problem is diagnosed as candida, and how people can self-diagnose a yeast infection. Near the end of the chapter, there is a test you can take to see if you have candida. It involves a glass of water and saliva, but I’m not sure if it works. If it does, it’s a pretty nifty experiment!

This chapter looks at ways that you can relieve the yeast infection that is affecting you RIGHT NOW.
The information here will give you relief from the incredibly annoying infection, and it claims to be able to do so in 12 hours (not being a woman or suffering from a yeast infection, I have no way to test the validity of this claim).
The chapter lists remedies that you can use to help you deal with your infection. All of them are easily available in local supermarkets, and the remedies are all pretty easy to whip up. They include ingredients like:
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Tea Tree Oil
I cannot reveal more information, but suffice it to say that all of these remedies can be found on other websites. The claims that they work are backed up by scientific evidence, though there are no links to any external sources provided in the book.
The book continues by giving you a simple hour-by-hour process for dealing with your yeast infection. You’ll put to good use all of the remedies that you just discovered, and the goal is that by Hour 12 your infection will be greatly reduced—if not altogether cured.

The book is full of details on healthy diets, healthy lifestyle choices, the infection itself, medications, and more. It gets into good detail on each topic, making it a comprehensive program.
It’s easy to read, and it comes with everything you need to know about the yeast infections. It doesn’t provide much information on medication, but it does give you a whole lot of information on natural yeast infection cures.

My significant other and I have been contemplating downloading the book, but I am practical and he is sort of “we need this now” type of person due to the fact my health deteriorated over the last 4 years due to chronic stress. Stress to the point of losing my hair, which he loves, as it is long, was VERY health and a cinnamon brown. It has become dull, lifeless, and thinning. I also have Compromised Immune Defficency Syndrome due to spinal complications.people fail to realize one factor in their health, the brain and spine are an intregal part of their immune system, I look at is as my motherboard and mainframe. Your brain receives bodily signals the spine interprets these signals, when these signals get garbled due to illness such as fibromyalgia, the body responds to the commands, but WHAT is the body actually sending? In my situation I know that certain foods trigger the commands due to an allergic reaction . Foods such as legumes, avacados, tartrazine dyes, processed meat products( bologna, bacon, hams, etc), cheeses, onions, citrus, to name a few all can cause migraines due to the body response to the preservatives and fermentations used in processing said food products. Drinks can also trigger these reactions, alcoholic beverages are ALL fermented grains, and staples( potatoes for vodka), and contain YEASTS. Cheese is yeast fermented, many foods contain some sort of yeast, and YEASTS cause health problems, so this book makes sense. People can do the same by downloading the HEADACHE DIET, which is what I believe this information to be gleened. You eliminate most of the food mentioned in the YEAST NO MORE book. Sugars, etc…I have been on the headache diet since 1986, but after an accident in 2010. I once again became symptomatic, headaches, muscle aches, body pain…all caused due to Osteporsis, my skeleton is that of a 96 year old woman and I am half that or less! My advise to many is to get a DEX-SCAN. If you skeletal system becomes compromised your body gets all sorts of WRONG signals, due to the fact there is NO pain medication that will numb bone pain. If you are Vitamin D deficient, which will make you also C deficient, your bones don’t have the proverbial snowballs chance to mend or even STOP sending wrong brain signals. So it may be a yeast related illness but for my money it might be you are allergic to something you are ingesting food wise. My favorite food at the time I was diagnosed with the food allergies, was a speciality hamburger that was ground beef, of course, with guacamole, ham, bacon, mushrooms, avocado, and Swiss cheese. It was an allergy attack on a bun..oh and I forgot onions and sprouts. Sprouts in and of themselves are from legumes, which are a no- no on the headache diet.
The last time I ate one of the burgers was the night I nearly died, from an allergic reaction, so in essence, a food O.D. So BEFORE you jump off the cliff, take some advice, and try looking at the headache diet. It seems to mimic everything the so named Linda Allen has claimed for he YEAST NO MORE diet.

This book, in my opinion is not worth the money. It is very simple and basic and you can find all you need on the internet. the website and video make it seem like it is unique, excellent information and i was very disappointed with the book. i am seeking a refund and i am yet to have a reply from the company.
Yep, the review says it, a lot of information found in this book can be found online. It’s good if you don’t know anything about yeast infection as all the basics are in 1 book.
